First of all, our antibiotic is not intended for life-threatening acute cases, but as a means of preventive strengthening of the immune system. It is effective not only against bacterial species, but also against various types of parasites and fungal infections.
It is even said to stimulate lymphatic flow and blood circulation. Why? The mixture makes it! To be able to unfold its full effect, many individual remedies are combined with each other.
The active ingredient allicin helps fight harmful bacteria and fungi. At the same time, it increases the beneficial intestinal bacteria and thus contributes to the rehabilitation of the intestinal flora. The ingredients allicin and ajoene are also mildly blood thinning and blood pressure lowering, thus protecting against thrombosis, cardiovascular disease and stroke. Garlic is additionally antioxidant and especially good for upper respiratory infections and colds.
Onions are the closest relatives of garlic. The sulfur compounds and quercetin contained in the onion also have antibiotic and disinfectant effects. A plus point is that the onion enhances the effect of garlic. The two thus form a powerful duo against diseases and especially respiratory infections.
Only when the plant is injured, the ingredients of horseradish are released. It has an expectorant effect, stimulates the bile and the stomach and makes our food more digestible. It is a real vitamin C bomb and actively fights fungi and bacteria. Regular intake strengthens the immune system.
Similar to aspirin, the pungent substances of ginger have an analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect. It is rich in vitamin C and contains healthy essential oils, gingerol, resin and resin acids. It also contains magnesium, iron, calcium, potassium, sodium and phosphorus. It has antibacterial properties and supports healthy intestinal flora. Ginger has been shown to have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
Turmeric has a tremendous antibiotic effect. Curcumin has an anti-inflammatory effect and docks and blocks enzymes involved in inflammatory processes in the body. Turmeric fights infections, reduces inflammation and even relieves joint pain.
Black pepper is anti-inflammatory, immune-boosting and digestive. It also significantly increases the bioavailability of turmeric.
Honey is the home remedy par excellence and is known for its antibacterial, antifungal and antioxidant effects both in infections and in many inflammatory processes. Honey contains over 240 different ingredients, among which are various natural aromatic substances, but also anti-inflammatory enzymes, minerals, proteins, amino acids, trace elements, vitamins, bioactive substances and antioxidants.
The active ingredient capsaicin in the chili plant not only protects the pod itself from predators, it also has a germicidal function. Chili supports our immune system through its spiciness. The body reacts to the active ingredient capsaicin with increased blood flow, which supports local immune defenses.
It was already used by the father of medicine, Hippocrates, around 400 BC. Malic acid has antiviral effects, cleanses lymph nodes, lowers cholesterol levels and regulates blood pressure. The malic acid in apple cider vinegar is also effective against fungi and bacterial infections.
A simple Natural Medicine Recipe
- 1 L Apple Cider Vinegar (organic, naturally cloudy)
- 60 g Garlic (finely diced)
- 150 g Onions (finely diced)
- 40 g Fresh Red Chili (approx. 5 – 6 pieces, very hot, finely diced)
- 60 g Fresh Ginger (finely diced)
- 40 g Fresh Horse Radish (finely diced)
- 60 g Fresh Turmeric Roots (finely diced)
- 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper from the Grinder
- 300 – 400 g vegetable Honey
Preparation & Dosage
Put all the ingredients (except the vinegar) in a bowl and mix well. Pour the mixture into a canning jar, add apple cider vinegar and stir well. At the end, make sure that the mixture is well covered with vinegar.
The mixture is now kept tightly closed for two weeks and stirred twice a day. After the two weeks, strain the liquid through a cotton cloth.
The liquid obtained is now the antibiotic, but beware: the decoction is very spicy! To get used to it, one teaspoon per day diluted with water can be taken at first. You can increase up to a small liquor glass per day. The effect is stronger on an empty stomach, but not everyone can tolerate this. In case of existing diseases or if other medicines are already taken, the use should be discussed with the doctor or alternative practitioner. The leftover strained mix can be put in a separate jar and infused with olive oil.
This way it will keep in the refrigerator and can be further used for cooking. (The antibiotic is also kept in the refrigerator).
The antibiotic mixture serves as a delicious condiment, such as a salad dressing. Mix a tablespoon of the mixture with vinegar, oil and a little salt – and an excellent dressing is ready.
